Process and Simulation Engineering

Simulus have spearheaded the application of integrated dynamic models in extraction processes. The Simulus dynamic model can simulate a plant over several years with all major economic drivers considered on a dynamic basis:

The resulting models give a realistic simulation of plant operation and are becoming a fundamental tool in design and optimisation of process plants. Our simulations and flow sheet design/optimisation effectively reveal reliable operating forecasts; de-bottlenecking and expansion opportunities and early recognition and resolution of issues. Simulations can be adapted to ‘Simulators’ for operational training, planning and risk event rehearsals.
